WHIreland strengthens Corporate & Institutional Broking team as business gathers momentum

WHIreland’s Corporate & Institutional Broking division has strengthened its team over the past two months to support growing momentum and deal flow across the business.  

Jessica Cave joins WHIreland as an Assistant Director based in London. She qualified as an accountant with EY in 2012 where she remained in Valuations and Business Modelling until 2014. She then spent three years with Stifel Nicolaus (previously Oriel) in corporate finance.

Alex Bond, Executive, Corporate Finance, joins from Deloitte’s graduate scheme where he specialised in Private Equity audit.  Alex is a Chartered Accountant with significant experience in valuing private companies.

James Sinclair-Ford, Executive, Corporate Finance, brings strong market side experience to the team. James joins from Bank of America Merrill Lynch and has since advised on both private and public fundraises.

Aimee McCusker, Executive, Investor Relations joins from Atlantic Equities LLP were she assisted the management of European roadshows and investor meetings for over 100 mid to large cap US companies.

The division has completed a strong first half of 2017 with public and private fundraises including Redhall Group, CTI Engineering Co, Ltd, Modern Water, Shearwater, Gravity Fitness Limited and CareTech Holdings. This is evidenced in the recent interim results for the firm.
