WHIreland sources a £3.6m investment for Dymag Group Limited

We are delighted to have acted as financial adviser and broker for Dymag Group Limited (“Dymag”), the designer and manufacturer of carbon hybrid automotive wheels, helping to source an institutional £3.6m private equity investment.

Dymag, which employs 32 skilled staff, is set to expand its operations in Wiltshire with a move to larger premises in early 2019, which will create a significant number of new jobs and bring further innovations to its manufacturing processes. This investment also aims to support faster delivery of Dymag’s pipeline of product development to match the growing demand for carbon hybrid technology. The firm is already working with several of the world’s leading performance original equipment manufacturers and has a growing aftermarket presence.

Chris Shelley, CEO of Dymag, commented, “It was great to work with WHIreland in helping to fund the next stage of our growth. The directors and shareholders of Dymag wish to thank the WHIreland team for their support throughout the fundraise.”

Adam Pollock, Head of Corporate & Institutional Broking at WHIreland, commented, “We are delighted to be associated with Dymag, the industry leading British manufacturer of carbon wheels for the automotive industry”.
