WHIreland is delighted to have acted as sole bookrunner to Surgical Innovations Group plc, the designer and manufacturer of innovative medical technology for minimally invasive surgery, on its fundraising of £5.5 million. The funds are being used in connection with the acquisition of Elemental Healthcare Limited, a UK-based specialist distributor of medical products, which has been the exclusive distributor of SI branded products in the UK since 2007.
