In a move to further strengthen its Corporate Finance department, WHIreland is pleased to announce the appointment of Edward Kennedy to Corporate Finance Executive.

Edward, joining the company from a position as an Corporate Finance Valuation Analyst and having previously worked for KPMG and Barclays Capital, will assist in the capital markets side of the division primarily to assist on advising the on-going client base and provide support on corporate transactions.

The appointment of Edward will be of support to our busy team and his experience in valuation analysis will prove to be a great asset to the firm and its clients.

Commenting on the news, Chris Fielding, Head of Corporate Finance said, “I am pleased to welcome Edward to WHIreland. His appointment demonstrates our commitment to providing our corporate clients with the ongoing support and advice they require. After the uncertainty of the Brexit announcement back in June we are delighted that our Corporate team have remained busy, completing two IPOs for SEC and Aura Energy and a Placing/Directors Placing for Pennant PLC. SEC was the first IPO of an international company post Brexit whilst Aura was a Fast Track from the Australian market. ”
